I Am Officially Addicted to Eggless Cookie Dough

Within a week or so, I have made eggless cookie dough 3 times, and have become addicted to it. It is safe to eat raw, which I love.

It is soooo good, and I hope to make it many more times in the future.

Plus, it is one of the easiest things to make, and there is no cooking. It is a perfect snack for hot summer days, when you don't feel like cooking, or when you just want to relax.

Brownies...My Favorite Dessert!

Yesterday, I made some brownies from a box (Yes, a box. Sometimes, box mixes can be really good!). Brownies are my favorite thing to make, followed by cheesecake, and then cake and cupcakes.

First Day of School

Well, yesterday was the first day of school for me. I am taking a Food Sanitation and Safety class, one night a week (Mondays), from 7 to 8:50 pm.

It went well, and I am looking forward to the rest of the semester. This is a required class for my baking and pastry degree, so I figured I would get it out of the way as soon as possible.

The teacher for this class is the same teacher I had for my Nutrition class for the spring semester, so I knew what to expect with her.

She had remembered me when she came in, and had given me a hug. It was nice seeing her again, after being out of school for the summer. She is a very nice teacher, which is why I decided to sign up for this class time.

I didn't get the book for this class yet, as I didn't know what was required for it. So, I will be going sometime this week to get it.

I just wish it didn't cost so much. Everyone said that the book costs $109. Seriously?! $109 for a book? It's not a real thick/big book, so I don't see how it could cost so much. But, whatever.

Hopefully this class will go as well as the other classes I've taken so far, and I do well in it. I really want to do well again.

Since the teacher is really nice, and since she lives a few blocks away from me, I think she wouldn't mind helping me out if I need help. I think there are a few students in my class who might be willing to help, as well.

If only I was outgoing enough to ask them for help, though. I have a hard time talking to people I don't know, but I want to work on that.

I really don't like being as shy as I am, and hopefully by the time I graduate from college, I will be at least a little more outgoing.

Another Batch

Today, I made another batch of eggless cookie dough, as it was really good. This second batch tastes as good as the first!

I have always wanted to eat raw cookie dough, but couldn't because of the eggs. When I found the recipe for and eggless version just for eating raw, I was really happy.

I may be taking this to school with me, for a snack. It is perfect for school, and I love that.

Eggless Cookie Dough


The other day, I made this eggless cookie dough, the recipe for which I found here, on Pinterest. I had found the recipe a while back, and wanted to make it. I finally got around to doing that the other day, and let me tell you, it is SO GOOD!!!

You need:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

All you have to do is mix everything together and enjoy. No need to bake it!

I created this blog as a means of helping me channel my inner dessertaholic. I LOVE desserts, and I love to bake. I am going to school for my baking and pastry degree, and I plan on documenting my experiences along the way. As well as documenting other experiences I have.
